Which iPads do we buy?

All iPads from 2019 onwards still hold value and we'll make a fair offer on them. We can no longer make an offer on older models, as they no longer support software updates and are no longer interesting for resale. iPads with damage and/or faults are also welcome, as we still use them for parts. We'll adjust the price accordingly.

That's a smart idea. Make sure Find My iPad is turned off and you're signed out of your Apple ID, otherwise we can't activate the device. If in doubt, read our blog or contact us for guidance.
It usually takes 1-2 working days until we've received your product. Once received, we transfer the agreed amount the same day.
If you prefer, you can make an appointment to drop off your iPad in person. If you do, you'll be paid out on the spot.
